Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WowCow Distributors platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users including store owners, distributors, sales representatives, and investors who access the platform.

2. Use of the Platform

The WowCow Distributors platform is a B2B wholesale distribution management system. Access is granted only to approved business accounts.

• You must be a registered business to place orders
• Account credentials are for your use only — do not share login information
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed are wholesale prices specific to your account tier. Prices are subject to change with notice. Orders placed through the platform constitute a binding purchase agreement.

• Orders are subject to product availability
• WowCow Distributors reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues
• Minimum order quantities may apply

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date (Net-30) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in account suspension and late fees.

• Invoices are automatically generated upon order placement
• Credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of invoice date

5. Shipping and Delivery

WowCow Distributors will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the stated timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

6. Returns and Refunds

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened, undamaged merchandise in original packaging. Approved refunds will be applied as credits to your account.

7. Confidentiality

Pricing information, product availability, and account details are confidential. You agree not to share this information with competitors or unauthorized third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

WowCow Distributors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
